Plans Gamers
Internet for gamers.
Big game downloads, patches and streaming while you play. Pick a plan with enough speed for your household, connect your console or PC properly, and never worry about a data cap.
What matters most
Speed for big downloads
Superfast 500/50 has a Maximum Speed Potential of 500 Mbps on Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) and Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), so a large game download takes far less time. On other connections, Family 100/20 is our fastest option.
Wi-Fi 7, or plug in
Our TP-Link HB210 Pro is a Wi-Fi 7 gateway. For the steadiest connection, plug your console or PC in with an Ethernet cable rather than relying on Wi-Fi.
Unlimited data
Every plan has unlimited data, so downloads, updates and streaming never count against a cap.

Common questions
Which plan is best for gaming?
If your home is on Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) or Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), Superfast 500/50 gives you much faster downloads. On Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) or Fibre to the Building (FTTB), Family 100/20 is our fastest plan. Check your address to see what’s available.
Will I get low ping?
Latency depends on your connection type, how far you are from the game server, your home Wi-Fi and how busy the network is, so we can’t promise a particular ping. Plugging in with an Ethernet cable usually helps.
Can I open ports or host a game server?
No. We use Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) and don’t offer static IP addresses, so port forwarding and hosting your own server aren’t available. If a console asks for an open NAT type, that isn’t something we can set up.
Is there a data limit?
No. All our plans include unlimited data, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
