Cancelling your service and account

Need to cancel? There's no lock-in and no exit fees. Here's how to close your Coast Broadband service and what to expect on your final bill.

We're sorry to see you go. There's no fixed contract, so cancelling is simple and there are no exit fees. If something isn't working for you, it's always worth a quick chat first, we may be able to fix it or find a better-fitting plan.

How to cancel

For your security, cancellations are handled by our team so we can confirm it's really you:

Let us know your preferred disconnection date and we'll take care of the rest.

What to expect

  • No exit fee, there's no lock-in contract to break.
  • Give us a few days' notice where you can, so we can schedule the disconnection cleanly.
  • You'll receive a final bill for any remaining charges up to your disconnection date.
  • Any modem you bought outright is yours to keep.
  • Moving house rather than leaving? Don't cancel, relocate your service instead to keep your account and history.
Changed your mind about the plan, not the provider? You can switch to a cheaper or faster plan any time with no penalty, see how to change your plan.

If you're cancelling because something went wrong, we'd genuinely like the chance to put it right. You can also raise it through our complaints process.
