Accounts & Billing

What payment options are available?

Pay your Coast Broadband bill by direct debit, BPAY or credit card. Here's how each option works, with no surcharge for card payments.

You can pay your bill three ways. Direct debit is the easiest, it pays automatically each month so you never miss a due date. Your BPAY and payment reference numbers are printed on your invoice.

Direct debit

Set up an automatic monthly debit from your bank account or credit card, so your bill is always paid on time. To set up or change direct debit, contact our team on 1300 899 174 or start a live chat.

BPAY

Pay from your bank account or credit card through online or phone banking. Use the Biller Code and reference number shown in the payment options section of your invoice.

Credit card

Pay by Mastercard, Visa or AMEX by calling the number on your invoice and quoting your reference number. There is no surcharge for card payments.

Who takes the payment. Payments are collected by Telecom Billing as authorised agents for Coast Broadband. You may see that name on your statement, it's us.

Paying on time

Pay by the due date on your invoice to avoid a late fee (a $10 late fee may apply after the due date). If you're having trouble paying, please reach out early, we have a Financial Hardship Policy and payment options that can help.
