Your monthly tax invoice has a few standard parts. Once you know what each one means it's easy to read at a glance. Below is a sample bill with the key sections marked, the figures are examples only.

B Service details
What each part means
- APayments received: any payments we received since your last bill. If you're on direct debit, last month's payment shows here as a credit.
- BNew charges (Service details): this month's plan charges, listed per service. Each service shows its plan, address and billing period. If you have more than one service, each one appears in its own block and they add up to your total.
- COther charges & credits: anything that isn't your regular plan, such as a once-off charge or a credit we've applied. On a standard month this is $0.00.
Also on your bill
- Prior balance: anything still owing from the previous bill. It should be $0.00 if your last bill was paid.
- Total due & GST: your total to pay. Prices include GST, and the GST portion is shown in brackets.
- Due date: pay by this date to avoid a late fee (a $10 late fee may apply after the due date).
- Billing period: the dates this charge covers. Coast Broadband bills in advance for the coming month.
